For anyone who may be wondering, some acceptance notifications are currently being sent out.

Has anyone else applied for or received this fellowship? Does anyone know if awards have already been made? I've had a difficult time finding much information about it online, such as what criteria is used to judge the research proposals, who decides if an award is made, etc. The fellowship start date is Sept. 30, so I am definitely getting antsy to hear something.
