I got my bfa in us, and am now in grad school in my home country. I didn't want to at first, but practicing art and making portfolio outside of school was so hard, so I decided to go to grad school in my home country. I thought of it as more of a post-bacc, which my undergrad professor suggested me doing before going to mfa. and the acceptance rate is really high too,(like 50%...) Now that I want to apply to mfa programs in us, I don't know if this might be a draw back. Should I explain it in my sop?
