I am new to this forum and so excited that there are many out there with the same questions, doubts and concerns as I.
I am currently looking into MPH programs with emphasis on Maternal & Child Health/Global Health. UNC is certainly one of my top schools, but what other programs should I consider?
In Costa Rica, I co-developed an academic and professional training programs for single and pregnant young mothers (mostly high school drop outs) with local NGO's, universities, and local businesses. I discovered that I enjoy planning, coordinating and managing events and projects about women and education issues, so I would love to do this in a NGO setting.
