Would you please let me know if there may be any chance being able to find a convenient/inexpensive room near the engineering campus (Evansdale) to rent in case I arrive in Morgantown in late August? I am an international student and have no perspective on it. I also appreciate it if you could mention the most quiet places of the city near the campus. Thanks in advance.
