Where I am doing my PhD, we have to supervise MSc and BSc students. How do you deal with this? Do you given them something to ''play with'' or do you use their work to obtain results?

For the weekend...first I registered on this site and made this post, and then it was a typical weekend. I try to use weekends to see what could I learn, outside the "mandatory" things I will need for my work. A PhD is an investment, so might as well use it.
