  1. I'm in the same place as OP! I'm looking into SUNY Albany's part-time program, but that one says it'll take 4 years. There are some exemption exams available for some courses but all that means is that I'd take electives instead. Does anyone know why some programs are 3 years and this is 4? Any idea on whether I could take a class more at a time to make it go more quickly?
  2. Thanks! I was searching on mobile and had a hard time finding anything.
  3. I'm very interested in an MSW program to enter into the field of medical social work, and I'm graduating in May from undergrad. I'm starting the application process now, and am likely going to end up applying to only SUNY Albany and Fordham (online), and maybe Buffalo. The think is, I know I'll have a very difficult time affording living expenses while going to school full time, but I am hesitant to spend another 3-4 years (thought it's part time) in school. Does anyone have any personal experiences, opinions, or guidance for me? Is it worth it overall to spend two years struggling in exchange for a full-time degree or take more time and work more in school?
