Does SUNY Buffalo English PhD program require MA? It is not stated on the website. Could anyone attending/ admitted to Buffalo share their exeperience?

Hi, I apply to Minnesota English PhD and I thought I could send a fax (or email?) of my transcripts, which they say is ok. But after I submitted online appl I received an email saying international students must submit official transcripts to the grad school(?)-though they say "credentials from international school" can be faxed. Is there a difference between credentials and transcripts? Or what they are saying is some international transcripts must be official (and certified) and some should be fine? Is there any international applying for Minnesota?

I don't know what I was thinking but--just now I requested additional score reports by phone for november gre subject score- they say it is available, according to the phone.. Has anyone done it too? is it too early, therefore will they send only my general score which I took on september? If then I wasted too much money..

During the online appl, I chose to send my personal statement by mail, but what does it mean "you must do by surface mail"? Another website also told me to send essays by US Post. I was thinking of sending by courier (DHL) because of the time.

I cannot save dates (including birth date, school dates, etc) in Rutgers online application and everytime I have to reenter. Does anyone happen to have same problem?

I know it's a dumb question but somehow I cannot feel sure about this: I'm currently doing master and I'm applying to PhD. If there is no space for indicating my prospective graduation date, can I put my prospective date in "Date attended to: mm/yyyy"? also in "Degree earned: mm/yyyy"? Thanks!

Hi, I'm applying to Emory and I clicked the submission button but now I realize I didn't put my "emory application code." So, while the form is submitted, I could not find payment page. I emailed my question to graduate school, but there's no reply. does anyone happen to have a similar problem?
