are there any high-rise type apartments?

Do you all think that going to a "lower ranked" out of state school is worth the cost of tuition? I have been accepted to UNT, and I am thrilled. However, the costs are a big deal for me.

I will be completely honest...i have a 2.6 undergrad GPA and i got in to one of my top choices. Also, my GRE scores are on the low side. However, I have work experience, and numerous internships under my belt, and I got some really strong letters of rec. I was sooooo worried that I wouldn't get in, and honestly I'm still in a little shock that I did. I am not expecting to get into every school I applied to, though. Also, I think it's important to be very realistic about where you are applying to. For example, I would never waste my time applying to JHU or anything of that caliber.

So, I called one of my schools today to check on my application status, the lady said that the admissions committee had made a decision, but she "wasn't able to see it" on her computer. Was this just her being too afraid to tell me I was denied? That was the vibe I got...

yea i don't have an elaborate sob story for it. it happened bc of immaturity basically. but none of my prompts are asking for a recap, so i will add maybe 2 sentences and be done with that topic

So, i have what some would consider a "sub par" GPA, should i mention this in my personal statement? i know the personal statement should be positive and i dont want to bog it down with low gpa info... any advice is greatly appreciated!
