Hey all, new to this so bear with me.... Trying to determine the differences in the PHD vs. the DBA in terms of: - post graduate employment - pay - Admissions requirements It appears as though the DBA is somewhat less rigorous, designed more with the practical as opposed to the complete theoretical, but yet is still considered "terminal" and equivalent to the PHD with respect to smaller 4 years schools (where I would like to work upon completion).
