I gave ETS a phone call and they let me send my scores for free to ONE institution. Only one. A bit disappointing but that is better than nothing I guess.

After receiving my score, I managed to only send my score to one school before the system redirected me to the end page. I told the staff there about the problem but they said they can do nothing about it because system error is out of their control. What do you think I should do? I don't want to pay for things that I am supposed to get for free. Should I give ETS a phone call?
