Dear Guys, I have a problem One of my recommenders is an old (don't deal with E-mails easily) an busy professor. So, he didn't send the LOR until now (Dec, 4) although the deadline of application was on Dec, 1. Can he send the LOR after the deadline? If yes, what is the maximum possible retardation?? Thanks in advance

I scored in GRE 162 Quantitative 150 Verbal 2.5 Analytical Can I apply to universities with that score, or it will be a waste of money for the admission?
