Well I do hope they're still reviewing. I also e-mailed my POI but I haven't heard back from him. Don't know if that is a good or a bad sign...

I emailed the graduate director and she said she believed we would hear back from the department in late February. Keep in mind I never interviewed (phone or skype) so this might refer to an official rejection.
