Hi, I am applying for Phd in Statistics. From my previous Masters program I had a disciplinary probation for downloading copyrighted digital contents (movies, etc.). The probation was lifted right after my graduation but the record remains there. I am pretty sure that I should report this if asked in the application but I am wondering how much would it affect my application? Any comments would be appreciated.
