Hello everyone! I'd like to retake the GRE (I've only taken it once; 153 Q 158 V & 4 AW) I wasn't unhappy with my scores until I received the writing one… and now I'd like to retake it. If I retake it now, there's no way that my very prestigious dream school/long shot will receive the scores before the application deadline. I do think that they would receive them before the beginning of their next semester, though. It's a very competitive PhD program, and my current scores are just below what their admitted grad students have scored. I assume that my scores will get me into the other master's program that I am applying to next month. If I retake the GRE, will adcomms receive/look at my newer scores even if they arrive after the application deadline?
