Hello guys, I have the following situation, I am thinking to change my current university to another, and my question is: Having passed my Qualifying exam and done the required courses, is this will be considered as a plus in the other university, that is no need to take them again? My current university's rank is higher than the second one and my department is Electronics Engineering and would like to transfer to the same department. Does anyone have this case before?
