  1. Very sorry about this, I hope you end up doing something you like soon.
  2. A very important point to consider is the reputation and quality of the gallery in which you are offered a job. An experience in an unknown contemporary art gallery like there is many will not give you a trenchant insight of the art market nor will be a significant professional experience according to a university's committee. Anyways, art market and scholar research are not always to be opposed! Art business studies are flourishing! Good luck!!!
  3. Do you understand French? I had a course on this subject and could send you my notes if you do. Also, I heard UCL Digital Humanities department is very active. Maybe you should start from there... Good luck
  4. I waited and it went all perfectly Thank you all!
  5. I followed your advice and it worked great! Thank you!
  6. I just got into NYU but they without a scholarship. Do you know any organization providing grants i could apply to now or is it definitely too late? It is too late for the ones I know. I am from France. I did not plan this situation as I applied for a PhD, which are often funded, but only got into the MA. aaah it would be a pitty not to go for financial reasons, I am very into the program. Thank you!
  7. Like a lot of people here, I am wait liste at the moment. Let's share ideas to get on the accepted side of the list. Maybe announce an upcoming internship can make a change? What else? Thanks!
  8. I don't know what advice to give you but good luck, this is such an awful situation
  9. this was very useful, i think I will wait until I am contacted for an interview to engage conversation with POI...
  10. Hello! One of the school I wish to join has posted this on their weibsite: How to I make an appointment for a prospective student interview? Prospective student interviews are limited and are not procedural. Contact faculty with your specific field of interest directly. General questions may be answered by staff or the Director of Graduate Studies. Prospective student interviews do not take place after the admissions process has begun, generally around January 15. I find this troubling. Would you say I should contact faculty from my feild of study or should they do if they are interested? What should I write them? Thank you for your help
