wait list is excruciating.

anyone have experience with being accepted from the wait list? this is agony.

@annakarina (sorry, posting malfunction on my phone) yes I interviewed and heard back (wait list, first alternate position). It's my top choice, so the wait list is good and bad news. and my fingers are crossed that you hear back from them soon too :/

NU. I have a feeling that I was interviewed - despite the fact that the email said the department " ranked my application highly" - because my potential advisor was especially skeptical of me since I would be coming straight from undergrad (I had this feeling during the interview...could just be paranoia.)

I interviewed; however I am not the least bit confident about it.

I noticed an acceptance to Northwestern...congrats, whoever you are! I am awaiting my fate with little optimism.
