Hey all, so I'm thrilled about my grant, but I have some questions and I was thinking someone here might know the answers -- and that others here might have similar questions. So here they are: 1) Any idea how to determine the amount of funding you will receive? 2) Can a spouse count as a dependent? 3) Is it true that you cannot accept any other grant while you are funded by Fulbright? Congrats to everyone who got positive news today, and good luck to everyone still waiting to hear!

Thank you for this! Did they give any more information, like the date the committee or whatever is meeting? It's so vague -- "by the end of next week" -- that could include this week, and when did USIEF send that email? If it was over the weekend maybe "next" week is this week?

I'm also waiting to hear from India. Finalist for a research grant for my dissertation in anthropology on sanitation development work and cultural constructions of cleanliness in Delhi. What's the deal India?!?!?
