Rejection letter arrived today

I haven't heard anything.

I haven't received anything yet. I'm from California. Maybe rejection letters haven't arrived there yet.

trying to stay positive, too, but it looks like it's pretty much over ...

I am waiting for an internal grant at my university, and some field specific external grants. I will also be applying to Fulbright-Hays as soon as the application deadline for my campus is announced. However, the fellowship I really want is SSRC-IRDF. Hopefully, there will be good news!

For those of us who didn't receive a transcript request, does that basically mean we're out of the running and it's over?
