I was in contact with the professor via mail last week and I am still waiting to have an interview as announced.

@Stressica: I was in contact with the professor – got a personal invitation via mail and an answer on my reply, so I don't think the invitation was a mistake. I know that the group currently finished two important projects and therefore they'd been very busy, but it is a bit strange not to hear anything in the announced interview-week... :-(

Did anyone already have had an interview during the last two weeks? I should have had my interview in the week of February 17th, but I didn't get the announced mail about date and time of the interview yet, which makes me quite concerned... :-(

@roll: No, there are no changes on the application website – I think this is only an online form and they won't post anything on that site. As the procedures seem to be very individual – depending on each research group – I'm sure, there is still hope for those who haven't heard anything yet. Wishing you all the best of luck! Did anyone here already have an interview at MIT Media Lab and could tell a bit about how it was and which questions they asked?

@roll: My interview is this week, I didn't get an exact date & time yet. For which group did you apply? Did you already have an interview?

@roll: No, I didn't contact the Professor to show my interest, I just applied online. Did you?

I applied to Opera of the Future – got a mail on Feb 9th. I'll be interviewed next week...does anybody know how these interviews look like? ...it's my first one and I don't know what to expect...

Just got an invitation for an interview...I'm sooo excited :-)
