The recruiter that contacted me actually called me a GEM Fellow in the email I received but I had two interviews with the managers that I would be working with and they mentioned that they had no idea what the GEM program is or what it entails. Moreover, it seemed like they already selected me and the interview was just to allow me have a conversation with my potential managers and know what projects I may work on.

I first got an email from my GEM employer asking if I am still interested, then I replied (this was a about 2-3 weeks ago). Then last week my employer status changed from held, to released, to matched..and I thought I wasn't being considered any longer. A few days later, I was contact by a recruited, spoke with a manager and my GEM status changed to Accepted..

My GEM employer contacted me a few weeks ago asking if I were still interested and then I was selected on Friday, according to the website, and I have to sign a document.

Mine says held, but i'm stilling waiting..

has anyone heard anything?
