Has University of Virginia sent out their decisions? I see a bunch (about 5) acceptances went out already.

Does anybody know whether philosophy graduate programs send out their admissions decisions all at once? I saw on this site that nine different people got acceptances to Northwestern one day last week. Does that mean that Northwestern sent out all their acceptances and that the rest of the applications (including mine) are waitlists or rejections? Or, are there different rounds of admissions, i.e. will they send out their first round of acceptances, then their second round, etc.
