  1. Thanks for letting us know nahamah; I sincerely hope it will be this week because I can't stand checking my email all the time! The waiting is literally killing me; even though I am aware of my slim chances of acceptance, I want to KNOW!!
  2. Searching the forum, I found that in previous years the results were announced around the 20th (+/- a few days) of March. Let's hope that'll be the case again this year because I am already very anxious:)
  3. That is also what I understood; I imagine that they'll let us know by email when the time comes (please, let it be as soon as possible, I can't stand this any longer:)).
  4. Well, I am only applying to one school and I am becoming less and less confident that I'll get accepted; but it will be the second master's degree for me and I decided to apply only to the program that I thought was the best fit for me. Thus, I only applied to Harvard Kennedy School and in about a month I'll know what is going to happen! My previous master's degree was from Columbia at I had a GREAT time there; I have to confess I studied A LOT (and I am an international student so studying takes a little more time) but it was great and I really miss it! So, gazelle good luck with Columbia!!
  5. Hey guys, My application is finally complete! So, le_neocon was right, it takes about a week for the application to go complete if they ask for additional material (and I sent them two emails asking them about this during this week as well).
  6. I received an email by them on January 20 asking for some additional information (dates of attendance of an institution that were not mentioned in the transcript). I sent them a certificate of the institution on January 25 but I still have not heard back from them.
  7. @ Bawirsaq I also took the GRE on the 23rd and my score doesn't appear on my gre account; however, I called and I learned the scores over the phone, just to make sure that what I saw at the end of the session was correct, and learn the AW.
  8. Thanks guys for the support; I have to say I was pretty sad with that stupid result but what you said to me actually made me feel better! But now I have another question as I didn't know what jndaven said: How surreal is that a computer grades the writing section?
  9. Hi guys! OK, I sat for the stupid GRE and got 600V (86%) and 740Q (80%); I thought I did OK for an international student (the Verbal part is a little below the average I have read about but still, not bad). And I called today to learn my AW score which is 4,0! How is that possible I can't even begin to understand (considering I got a 30 on TOEFL and I already have a Masters Degree from an Ivy League School in the US with honors). Is there anyone out there who can tell me how much analytical writting counts? Should I be really worried that because of this I will have a serious problem with my application (I am not saying that everything else is perfect, but I'd rather there were problems with other parts than with the GRE). Thanks in advance for your time!!!
  10. Hi guys, I am also going to apply to Harvard Kennedy School; I am taking the GRE in 5 weeks and I am terrified by the verbal section of the exam where both of you did very well! Can you please tell me how you studied for it? Thank you in advance for your time!!
