My friend said he was accepted by Northwestern with funding of 25K. He is in political communication, but he didn't visit bc he's an international student.

Hi, when did you get the offer? Prof. Hardin said she'd love to talk to me through phone today, but I haven't got any call from her yet...And she didn't reply my email...nervous!!
