Have you tried to contact ETS and speak with a representative directly? I experienced that before and they just had to confirm I was who I was by asking me a serious of questions about date of birth, social, the address, etc. If you call and speak to someone at least you know the reason for being unable to request additional ones yet. It's probably because of the time frame though.
I dont know how it works at all schools but I was a transfer student also and my cumulative GPA was already included in my GPA when I graduated. The only thing I needed to do when I applied to grad school was make sure that I submitted transcripts from all schools/universities that I attended. Hope this helps:)
I am in grad school part time not because of not wanting to go full time but because this is how this particular program is designed. My previous grad program I was full time, however. I can definitely say it's more frustrating than anything being in a part time program despite how good the program is. I guess I am just ready to get done and start my career.
