Wow you applied to both USC and Notre Dame. I'm doing the same for Fall 2010. Any advice on where you went. I'd appreciate!

I did get fee waiver from s school after a speaking to a professor who was very interested in me. He got the department to waive the fee for me. I'm in the sciences though (Chemistry) and don't know if the same would apply for you.
