  1. Another option is Zotero. It may be better for Windows and I know it has worked well for several people who were fed up with Endnote. Plus, I think it's free!
  2. Endnote did not work for me. I finally found a workable system using Papers to manage my research/citations and Scrivener to collect drafts and notes. You should give Endnote a try if it appeals to you. The ThesisWhisperer website (http://thesiswhisperer.com/) wrote several posts on her evolving work management. That's how I found Papers which is 100 times better for me than Endnote. Plus, I know several people who had Endnote crash on them at crucial moments.
  3. Definitely not sent to all rejected applicants. That's an interesting approach on their part, do you focus on interdisciplinary work? Congrats on the PhD acceptances!
  4. Thanks! I was wondering when they would start notifying people.
  5. Can anyone claim Marquette? Any information about how many they're admitting etc?
  6. That's what I was worried about... My friends and I have started calling it wait list limbo. Thanks for your input! I do agree with your professor in general, for me it's not about lifestyle/social issues. My top program I'd accept immediately without visiting. I hope we all get good news sooner rather than later!
  7. I'm assuming that wait lists will begin moving in late March/ early April. Is this a fairly accurate guess? Also, if anyone here gets off a wait list after the official invited visits have passed will you still do a campus visit or just take the offer?
  8. I can claim UPenn rejection by e-mail on 13th. I was never informed of wait list status.
