Hello, As the April 15th deadline approaches, Im still unsure where to accept. I was hoping that someone out there could give me more information on how clinical experience is set up at Portland State. I know they have an on campus clinic, but will I be able to have clients my first quarter or do they wait? And would I be in the on-campus clinic for all except one or two terms? Or would there be more opportunities for community experience?

Does anyone know if PSU offers any funding to their graduate students? I got accepted, but I am out-of-state, so I'm afraid the only way I'd be able to afford it is if I get some amount of funding. Which is depressing because I'd love to go to PSU.

I found out today that I was accepted to both Portland State and University of Oregon for Fall 2014. I am now in a dilemma because I wasn't expecting to be accepted, really . Can anyone give me some pros and cons of each program? I want to eventually work more on the medical side of slp, and although I do value research, its not a priority for me. I'm from California so i'd be paying out of state tuition, which also makes me hesitant.
