I got into American MPA program.... My GPA wasn't so great! It was a 3.18, but I did have two degrees and studied abroad in Jordan for a year.

Hey I don't know what school is best? I am still waiting to hear something from UPenn Fels program but I do not know whether Washington DC beats Pittsburgh or what program is best? I want to do nonprofit management as it pertains to the Middle East.?!! Someone please help!

I got accepted into both MPA programs and I am still waiting to hear from UPenn Fels. I do not know where to go because Washington DC would be a great place to make contacts but Pitt has a good program too!??? Please help!
