Yes, its down for me too. It's done that a couple of times in the past. Should be up in a few hours I suspect. I've always just tired the next day and it worked again.

So I'm applying to MSEE programs, and I submitted my app to U.Penn a couple of weeks ago, and to U.Maryland today. I ended up editing my SoP and improved it a lot. Would it be appropriate to email Penn the updated personal statement? It has only been a few days since the deadline. Should I tell them that I accidentally submitted the wrong draft?
