Thanks naptown for your response and advice! Okay so my academic profile as of now is (and wow people's profiles here are amazing i'm almost embarassed!): GPA 3.3 (not amazing but decent, I can work on improving it slightly next semester) I have yet to take my GRE's (studying now taking them in Jan n Feb) I took a diagnostic test and scored 630 verbal and 580 quantitative Major: English Minor: Philosophy Work Experience: I took a gap year and worked for my dad's investments company I took a semester off and interned full-time at Weber Shandwick PR I'm looking for an internship for next semester! I'm mostly interested in staying in SoCal and the only places I can think of are USC and Pepperdine at this point! I really would love to apply for the M.A. in communication management hopefully to begin a career in media consulting or management consulting in the future. I really think LA is the best place for what I want to get into!

hey everyone! i'm a newbie here another addition to the communications bandwagon. i'm currently at GWU doing a bachelor's in english - i graduate this may! i've been looking at USC and Pepperdine's MA in communication programs and have absolutely fallen in love with them! anyone have any tips on applying? i know both schools have some time before the application deadline - but it would be sooo helpful if i could get some tips or information!
