Hi everyone. I know there has been talk about a chemistry or physics class being required by ASHA and how astronomy and geology do not count anymore. I have heard that this rule is going into effect January 2015 and may not be a requirement for Fall 2014 applicants. Does anyone know what the case is? Will this go into effect for Fall 2014 applicants, Fall 2015 applicants, or both? Any information is helpful because I am trying to find a summer course to take online, and it may not be necessary. Thank you!

I did ask about Geology and MGH said that a physics or chemistry is required. That it a mandatory requirement now according to ASHA!

Ready42, what class did you take that was lenient and that they accept? I took a geology and ASHA does not count that as a physical science anymore, and now I am scrambling to find a physics or chemistry to take. If you have any suggestions about a more lenient class that I can take please let me know. Thanks!

I do not know how they do their acceptances. I checked my only application and there still was not a decision posted. What do people know about this program? Good faculty? Good courses? I don't know much about it but I know that the school is beautiful!
