I would definitely check out Evergreen Terrace apartments if I were you. I have lived here for 2 years, and They're very quiet...perfect for people who have to study! Also I think They are the most affordable. They may not be the nicest around, but they're definitely functional! Lol my only complaint would be that the kitchen is really small, but the lower cost in rent and the close proximity to campus makes it worth it in my mind! hope this helps!

I've been accepted into ETSU as well! I recieved my undergraduate degree here, its relatively close to my hometown, and I also LOVED all the professors I had for my communicative disorders minor (speech pathology is not offered as a major here). That's mainly why I went ahead and accepted the offer. Also, I worked as an academic performance scholarship worker in the audiology & speech-language pathology for the past two years, and I just felt really comfortable with the department and how the program worked. Johnson City is a great area! I am from a VERY small town, so for me, It's a rather large city, but for most people it's probably not that large at all. However, it has everything you would need in a close distance. I have some friends that are in the program now, and I've heard nothing but good things.
