i applied for ChE phd, however they only recommend an admission of MS....Omg!

When i check the status from the application portal, the main status does not change but SEVIS ID, INITIAL ADVISOR , ENTRY TERM AND SO ON showing up in the applicaiton details. Does it mean i gonna admitted? However i do not recieve any email notification of that?
