Hi Matt! I was able to defer my funding a year and I bet you will too! Getting the Fulbright is very good grounds to negotiate funding options. Good luck figuring things out!
Hey thanks so much! I'm really sorry that you didn't get this but don't let it get you down. This is just the beginning for you and I'm sure that you've got so much ahead of you. Being recommended is an incredible feat in itself! I applied for a secondary school position!
GOING TO KOREA (ETA)! Given the confrontational nature of my interview and the fact that I am an engineering major, I was pretty shocked. CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who was accepted and condolences to everyone who received bad news. I am really looking forward to meeting everyone! Has anyone started a Facebook group?
Hey guys! Long time lurker but this is my first time to post. To my fellow Korea ETA hopefuls: I know someone called on Friday and was told that we would not be notified that day. Was there any indication of a time period that they hope to send out notifications? I'm sure I'm asking the obvious and that would be have been discussed on this forum but I'm just making sure I didn't miss that being mentioned!
Congratulations to all of the India applicants who heard back to today and to those who didn't, you will have so many more opportunities!
