Yay! I accepted PSU as well! Id love to make the Facebook group but I'm super busy with school/work this week. If anyone has time before the weekend that would be great otherwise ill put it together this weekend! Excited to find out about others attending PSU

So now that the deadline has passed…did anyone else decide to attend PSU?

Yes, as of right now I will be attending PSU since it is the only school I've been accepted to…but I did really like the campus and the clinic was bigger than I expected ( I don't have any other schools to compare it to) but it seems like a great program and its only 7 quarters! september to the following june is very quick but I like the idea of being done with school in 2 and a half years lol. I also like the option of both hospital and school externships..and as far as the cost goes, the programs I applied to in california (chapman) is almost $10k more so it doesn't seem too bad. There is also a TON of housing options right next to campus. They're definitely affordable if you're willing to have a roommate!

Hello, I visited PSU last week and met with Dr. Larsen; she told me that there are 3 externships (possibly only 2 required I can't remember but definitely opportunities for 3)… students usually do 2 at hospitals and one at a school. She also told me that we start seeing clients at the on campus clinic the second week of the first quarter! There seemed to be a LOT of opportunities in terms of placement for externships.
