Thanks, Konstantin! I can just see that somone won CGS with 0.1 point more than someone who won a 4-year fellowship. I know it differs by subcommittee but the process for upgrades doesn't seem very transparent.

If you've won a 4-year fellowship, will they let you know if you're on the waitlist to receive a CGS, or do they just surprise you with an e-mail when the waiting list starts to move?
