Someone please suggest something!

Hey everyone.. I've got a GRE score of 317 (159V, 158Q, 3.5AWA) and 119 in TOEFL. I am currently pursuing my M.Tech in chemical engineering from an IIT. I want to apply for PhD programmes in USA. Here is my list (please let me know if it is too ambitious or mediocre) The Pennsylvania State University Purdue University University of Washington University of California Irvine* Michigan State university Arizona State University Colorado State university Tulane University University of Maryland, Baltimore County University of Cincinnati University of South Florida Oregon State University University of South Carolina University of Massachusetts Amherst I also have a btech grade of 8.70 and current CPI is 9.89. Hey everyone.. I got a 317 in my GRE (157 V/158 Q). I am planning to apply for PhD outside in the chemical engineering departments! Is this score good enough. I am currently pursuing from a prestigious college in India and my grades are pretty good.

Hey guys.. I'm giving GRE in two months time.. Its my first time so i am a little lost.. What are the colleges i should apply for chemical engineering? How much score do i need for that?
