  1. Hey I got this task that is killing me.... I got 2 different kinds of measurements: 1. photogrammetretric mesurement: standard deviation of 4.7cm and 36 degrees of freedom. 2. two measurements of total station: standard deviation of 6.1cm and 71 degrees of freedom. and the second mesurement standard deviation of 4.7cm and 69 degrees of freedom. Now the question is: Is it likely to say that the photogrametric method is better than the total station? I know that i have to use a f-distubution, but my problem is i can't figure out how to compute the two measurements of the total station? I am using matlab, to do the calculations and the f-distubution.. anyone who can help me?
