Maybe that's why you didn't get the email. Oh I'm anxious too but I spent last week mentally preparing for not getting in. I just want to know because it doesn't seem like many people are posting acceptances.
I just checked and got a message from financial aid, but I don't have anything in my to-do list from them so I am not sure if that is just automated. Thanks MSW2k16!
Yah mine is above their required, but not competitive. Honestly, it's the only school I applied to so I am not opposed to trying to appeal if I don't get in. Plus those go do get in won't all attend so definitely keeping my fingers crossed!
I called today and asked when everyone would officially find out if they were accepted or not and was told early April. Really anxious about it and I'm wondering if they do a wait list or if we can appeal if it comes down to it.
I wonder how many they accept into each of the concentrations. Do they accept more into certain concentrations? I applied for a concentration in school social work. I've been working at a crisis program with at-risk teenagers so I hope to continue working with teens in the school setting.
Hi! Since you're at SJSU now have you heard any info about how many they may be accepting? I saw old threads saying they were accepting less but these were from like 2014. Good luck!
I went to the informational meeting back in October and they said they are hopeful of accepting more people this year than they previously have. My GPA is average, but I do have over 2200 hours of work and internship experience. Time to just sit back and wait!
Hi guys! Haven't checked this forum in a while, but I submitted my items early January and my letter writers submitted these past 2 weeks. I did call Tabia to confirm everything was in since the due date is today. I'll switch over to the new top that was started.
