Advise for choosing I-O psychology as a profession

Hello, I am Sachin, I have completed my BE (bachelors in Engineering) in computer science. But I am not completely interested in getting into a hardcore technical job. I am interested in I-O psychology. Please let me know how do I advance from here in terms of career and academics, I heard I am supposed to do a masters degree in I-O psychology, but I don't have an equivalent bachelors degree in psychology. Please let me know what are my options. Thank you.
