Does anyone have any creative alternatives for securing an academic reference? I have been out of my BSW program for six years and I am taking a night class now to bump up my GPA. I want to apply to at least five schools but it feels like such a hardship to ask the professor I've known for three weeks to be a reference. Academic references are the worst.
