Has anyone heard back? I emailed a few weeks ago and was told applications were still being reviewed...

I'm applying to an anthropology program. At this point I doubt I'll hear anything before next week, so I am going. Now I just need to figure out what to wear. P

I still have not heard anything from this school! This thing is at the end of next week, and I think the school has spring break this week. I am a little annoyed that I will probably have to wait another two weeks to find out anything. I also would like to know if I even stand a chance before I make the trip to visit this late in the game...

I have not heard anything, were you interviewed? Do you know how many people were interviewed by any chance?

One of the schools I applied to invited me to a "grads day" where prospective students are supposed to meet with their department's current students, potential professors, etc. It is not until late March. I haven't heard anything from this school otherwise. I think it might be a school-wide event, not department-specific. I RSVPd but now I'm wondering if I'll get rejected before the event or that I will have to wait until after then to hear? Is this normal? I thought responses would come earlier. Do you think all applicants were invited and I'm reading too much into it? p

What about American University? SOmeone posted a rejection but has anyone heard anything from them otherwise??
