i see what you're saying but i think you have to understand that a large amount of people that come here are nuts about applying to graduate school and they signed up because they really really want it (me included). so when you read about other people complaining about overlaps or interviews i sort of feel like this is a problem most people wish they had (again, myself included) and that maybe they should enjoy the burden of having the choice rather than not getting interviews at all.

Congratulations - who sent you an email? I know there are multiple admission's counselors responsible for different applicants... just trying to keep my hopes up!

hey to anyone wondering about michigan, i submitted my application super early (october) and i applied directly to the Neuroscience program and did not go through PIBS. hope this helps!

did anyone else find the OHSU application to be a pain in the butt? personally i thought mount sinai's was the easiest - most straightforward.

hahaha i did the same thing... it's pointless but i did it too! i also periodically check my application statuses in an attempt to quell my application anxieties but it never helps! so i check this forum a ton...

does anyone know when UNC-BBSP Neurobiology will begin sending out invitations for interviews?

either that or it's a general email and they get a little extra $$$ for convincing you to apply.

i'm going to relax for a month... i hope - then get a job if i can. i've been working non-stop from undergrad through masters without any breaks (always taking courses or doing something) and i would love a month of nothing. sort of like office space where i just wake up and lay in my bed, staring at the ceiling for a few hours, and then gradually get out out bed and eat cereal. i just need a recharge and then i'll be good to go. ya feel me?
