I would do the Masters in Accounting as soon as possible. It'll give you the credit hours required to sit for CPA. (150 I believe) You can always go back and do an MBA later if you deem it necessary.

Wake Forest University - http://business.wfu.edu/ma-management/ North Carolina State - http://poole.ncsu.edu/mba/concentrations/biosciences-management/ - It's an MBA, but given your program is listed as Stem Cell Biology. Biosciences could be a good choice.
