-At least one very strong LOR -Peer-reviewed publication -A couple of first author presentations -Good SOP (or so I've been told, anyway) -Lots of research experience -Solid clinical experience

Weaknesses: -I have fairly minimal child experience -I've never done a research project involving children, per se. -My first thesis will be the last to be completed, and I'll probably have to scramble to get it done.
