  1. Anyone here going to the open house at the University of Pittsburgh on the 20th?
  2. It went really well! The interviewer was super nice.
  3. Mine is tomorrow at 4pm central.
  4. No idea what to expect. I'm sure they'll just ask the basic interview questions that most schools ask. Mmc0020, do you have a date/time for your phone interview yet?
  5. I was invited to do a phone interview with University of Oklahoma. It will be scheduled for sometime this week.
  6. These are the stats (I'm guessing from last year) on the website: 34 applied 7 enrolled 3.71 avg. GPA 300 avg. V/Q GRE 4.0 avg. writing GRE
  7. I asked my friend who is a current student there and she said they usually conduct interviews anywhere from the beginning to middle of March. Also, if you look at the very bottom of that document it says the last time it was updated was in 2009. I think we're okay!
  8. Where did you see that information? I applied to OU, too.
  9. I just answered this on the results page but mine is February 25th. I was emailed the itinerary and the visit is from 9:30 until 3-3:30.
  10. Yes, you have to update your coursework online and then send in a transcript with your fall grades. All of the instructions are online and they're pretty straightforward.
  11. I submitted my academic update and mailed my transcripts on December 18th. It was verified on January 7th.
  12. What is the timeline for funding? Do schools make funding offers at the same time as admission?
  13. I know what you mean! I applied to Texas Tech early admission and the letters were sent out in late December but I haven't been in town to check my mailbox yet. I'm anxious to see what the letter says!
  14. I qualify for the Texas Deaf/Blind Tuition Waiver because of my hearing loss.
  15. Pitt is my top choice, too. Although, if I stay in Texas, I don't pay tuition/fees. Assuming I get accepted to multiple schools, it will be a tough choice to make.
