If you can, try to calm down. Breathe deeply, have your hot drink of choice and some chocolate =)
Professors are really, really busy people. And they have very different habits with email. I know some who will always reply within 5 minutes, and others who will take days even if you're asking a really simple question.
Give this professor a week, and then if the questions are important, remind them very gently.

Yes. I've had 3 interviews - 2 without video and 1 with video. Usually I answer without video, and then switch mine on if the professor has theirs on.
I can fully understand how you feel - this is a nerve wracking process! Please know you have NO reason to worry. It will probably take quite some time before the professor gets back to you to let you know whether you have been accepted or rejected, and until then, second guessing the result is not going to be useful at all.
The best thing you can do is go do something relaxing / fun and try not to worry about it!
