I am leaving work a couple of months before starting school, to give myself the kind of time to travel that I won't have for quite a while. Going to Bolivia for an awesome climb in July, thats the highlight. Otherwise looking over interesting places to see, that require not so much money.

I was wondering if anyone got an acceptance or rejection email/phone call whatever to the following programs. Weill Cornell (Neuro) UPenn (Biomed) Mount Sinai (Neuro) NYU (CNS) Einstein (Biomed) Stony Brook (Neuro) Reason I ask is that people seem to be getting rejection emails to many schools as well as interview invites. I have some of both but for this set of schools Ive heard nothing and its kind of strange. Anyone? Thanks.

I spoke with someone at NYU CNS today and they said they don't do interview and just send out decisions mid march.

MarA, if I may inquire, when did you hear from Einstein and do you have any idea if they are still sending out invites? Thanks.

Would you say most of those schools send out rejection emails in Jan/early Feb or do you have to wait for a letter?
