Hi, y'all! Did you notice the color options available to us now? This is going to make our experience so much better.
Excited to read these postings, and after applying last year, I'm warm all over for this opportunity to connect.
As for me: last year I was finishing up my undergraduate degree (I'm not a spring chicken, however...approaching 28[!]) and I applied to only Yale and Columbia in order to focus on my thesis. Yale didn't bat an eye, Columbia put me second on their waitlist. Like many of you, I'm finished up the Yale and Columbia apps. (do tomorrow) presently. I'm also applying to the usual culprits (DePaul, Northwestern, WashU, Brown, CalArts, Carnegie). I signed up for the URTAs in Chicago before I realized how limited the turnout was going to be. I'd love to hear more about some of the schools at URTA that excite you (and why the excite you).
I'm looking forward to learning more about you all and hearing about your experiences, frustrations, and victories over the next few months.
All the best,
April
